Kim Otteby
Having achieved a Masters in Economics and Management from Oxford University, Kim started working as a Business Strategy Consultant in London. It didn't take long however before she began questioning not only her career, but also her values, purpose and life in general. Fuelled by an underlying passion for health and nutrition as well as battling to overcome her own health challenges, Kim embarked on a journey in search for a greater sense of meaning, truth and happiness. In the process she found her true calling and now devotes her life to educating and helping people achieve health, peace and joy in their own lives.
Kim is qualified in Nutritional Medicine (BSc), Advanced Iridology, Colon Hydrotherapy & Traditional Herbal Medicine (Zam). She is also a Hippocrates Health Educator having undergone one of the world's most comprehensive trainings in living foods (and other integrated disciplines), while studying under the likes of Viktoras Kulvinskas and Brian Clement. In addition she has trained at the Tree of Life Rejuvenation Centre (Dr. Gabriel Cousens) from where she graduated as a Spiritual Live Food Instructor. As well as healing on a physical plane, Kim understands the importance of incorporating body with mind and spirit. She practices Reiki as well as Conscious Breathwork (Rebirthing).

After having qualified in Business Studies & Accounting, Ziwa proceeded to work in the business world for a few years before realising that this was not his true calling. Instead, he found that he was becoming more and more interested in Natural Health and the healing power of herbal medicines. He therefore decided to enrolled and study under the Scottish School of Herbal Medicine, while also working as a Lifestyle Consultant at Edenic Lifestyle Centre/ Shop (Lusaka). Ziwa is currently furthering his studies (BSc) in Herbal Medicine with Clayton College of Natural Healing, USA. Ziwa is one of our head therapists at MyAfya overseeing all our Detox Programs, while also giving Bio-Resonance Treatments and Colon Hydrotherapy Sessions.
