MyAfya is a day centre, but if you are coming from outside Lusaka we can help you find accommodation in one of the nearby hotels/ guest houses. There is even a small hotel inside Mulungushi Village, only a 3 min walk from the centre.











                     

MyAfya also organises Detox retreats held at various venues, that take you away from your everyday worries and immerses you in Zambia's stunning wilderness. Here you can devote all time and energy to detoxification and rejuvenation on every level, facilitating the healing processes in your body.
Retreats are organised upon request and tailored to suit the group attending. A minimum of six people is required. For people coming from outside Zambia, additional safaris and tours may be arranged.
