Detox SPA Day
Treat yourself to a day of cleansing, relaxation and rejuvenation. Throughout the day you will be nourished with our signature Green Smoothies, various Cleansing Drinks and Herbal Teas to support your detox. In addition to the wide range of therapies included in your program, you will also receive a free Quick Health Check, in which we measure your blood sugar, BP, weight, BMI, body fat %, basal metabolic rate, etc. Therapies for the day include: Deep tissue massage, Detox Magnesium Bath, Reflexology, Far Infrared Sauna and a Bio-Resonance Initial Alignment session. A wonderful program, perfect as a gift to a loved one (or yourself!).
3 Day Full Body Detox
An excellent short detox that will give you a real boost. Perhaps you are new to detoxification and just want a “taster” of what it is all about, or maybe you are not able to commit to the full 7- Day Detox due to family and work commitments? Either way, this 3- Day Detox will put the spring back in your step. It also serves as a great “top-up” for those who have done some of our longer detox programs. The program includes detox and cleansing juices (including fresh wheat grass juice), selected supplements, and a wide range of therapies that will support you through your detox. Expect to spend about 90min per day at MyAfya Health Centre.
7 Day Full Body Detox
This highly effective program will help you detoxify and rejuvenate on a deep level, rebalancing your organs and systems, giving you a fresh new start. It is carefully designed incorporating ancient wisdom with the latest in scientific research. Everything you will need for the detox is included, as well as a full range of therapies that enhance and support your detox, such as Bio-Resonance, Colon Hydrotherapy, Reflexology, Massage, Far Infrared Sauna, Electromagnetic Therapy, Ozon Hydrotherapy, etc. This is a fasting program with a choice of either fresh Green Smoothies or Green Juices, cleansing drinks and detox supplements. Expect to spend about 60min at MyAfya Health Centre every day.
Weight Loss Detox Program
This 7 day program is designed not only to help your body get rid of wastes and toxins, but also to bring your body back into balance to facilitate continued weight loss. Particular areas of focus include balancing your blood sugar, alkalizing your tissues and helping your body convert fat into energy. This is achieved through a 7 day Green Smoothie fast that is supported with several detox and weight loss related supplements, as well as a full range of therapies. Your program ends with a Universal Contour Wrap to help tighten any loose tissue and leave you feeling fabulous! Expect to spend about 60min at MyAfya Health Centre every day.
Deep Intestinal Detox
This 8-Day Deep Intestinal Detox is a comprehensive intestinal cleansing program that will remove built up waste (mucoid plaque) from your intestines as well as promote better digestive and bowel function. The program makes use of several herbal combinations, and includes a full range of therapies to support you through the detox. This program is ideal for people who have a history of digestive/intestinal problems but is also highly recommended for anyone who has eaten a standard “western diet”. Please note that you will be fasting for 5 of the eight days. Expect to spend about 60min at MyAfya Health Centre every day.
Anti – Parasite Detox Program
This 8- Day Program is designed to kill any parasites residing in the body using a variety of potent herbal medicines as well as state of the art Bio-Resonance technology. In addition, you will receive Colon Hydrotherapy sessions with specific anti-parasite implants. Nothing will survive this arsenal!! You will also receive supplements to support and strengthen your immune system. Please note, that you can continue eating as normal during this program.
Heavy Metal Detox
This program focuses on getting rid of harmful Heavy Metals like Mercury, Aluminium, Cadmium and Lead from your system (as well pesticides, PCBs, DDT and other toxic chemicals). Several herbal and nutritional supplements of the highest quality are included in your 30 day program, as well as a Full Health Consultation, 20 Far Infrared Sauna sessions (hundreds of studies confirm its ability to help remove toxins of which the body does not have the chemistry to do so on its own) and 3 Bio-Resonance treatments (focusing on heavy metals, poisons/toxic substances). You can continue eating as per normal during your program.
