Every Sunday Kim Otteby (MA, BSc Nutr Med.) answers  your health questions in The Sunday Post. If you missed any of the issues, this is your chance to catch up! We've sorted through the articles and categorised them under key topics (see left menue) to make it easier for you to find articles of interest.

If you have a health question that you want answered please email it to kim@myafya.com. Please note that Kim is unable to email back and answer questions individually, but hopefully we’ll cover all your queries as the weeks go by.  Otherwise, you can always book an appointment for a private health consultation.
