Raw Vegan Food is a delicious cuisine that is bursting with life and health promoting properties! Since we literally are what we eat, it should be no surprise that the quality of our food directly determines our physical and mental health & performance. Vegetables, fruit, nuts, seeds, sprouted grains & pulses which are whole, fresh and raw, are brimming with life, viamins, minerals, phyto-nutrients and enzymes that provide the body with all the variety and richness that it needs to detoxify, heal, rejuvenate and attain optimum health.

Extreme? Not when you consider that our bodies have evolved over a four million year period, for which 3,950,000 of those years we ate only raw, living foods. Indeed, every single natural creature without exception eats exclusively raw foods and if you look in the wild, you will not find those diseases such as cancer, heart disease and diabetes, which have become so pervasive in humans.Perhaps we should ask ourselves whether we are being extreme by eating predominantly cooked food?
Because cooked food is part and parcel of civilisation, we have been trained not to question it.
