Every time we eat cooked food, our body goes into Leukocytosis, which refers to the process by which our bodies releases a whole load of white blood cells (called Leukocytes). These white blood cells are a major part of our immune systems, and their job is to destroy foreign and potentially harmful substances that have entered the blood stream, such as bacteria, viruses, yeasts, fungi, poisons, etc. So an increase in white blood cells indicates some form of pathology, like a disease or an infection, even if outward appearance does not reflect it. Now this happens every time you eat cooked food! Every time.
Studies have shown that when a healthy person eats cooked food their WBC (White Blood Cell) count increases from about 4000 to 6000 per cubic milliliter of blood, to between 12,000-20,000. In the medical world, if this count doubles, triples or increases by four or five fold, it is evidence of a disease condition.
This shows that our bodies react to cooked food as though it were a foreign invader, a poison to the human body. Leukocytosis does not happen when you eat raw food.
Also note that the way white blood cells work is that they basically go on a suicide mission, sacrificing themselves while protecting the greater good of the organism. This is repeated at each meal, each day, each week, each year for decades, and in the process lowers our resistance to disease and hideously drains our immune systems defensive response. Raw foods on the other hand, actually strengthen your immune system.
